Return policy


Due to Health Regulations we cannot exchange or refund Earrings or Body Jewellery.
Silvermoon is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue you a credit
All returns for merchandise purchased online need be authorised in advance by sending an e-mail request including details of the merchandise to be returned and reason for return to enquiries@silvermoon.co.nz
All returned merchandise are subject to inspection by Silvermoon prior to exchange and/or credit being made.
For your protection, we recommend you send your return package prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Silvermoon. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for postage on the outgoing order.
Return to a Store: You can return purchases to any Silvermoon store (New Zealand customers only). Just bring the original invoice and we will exchange or credit your original purchase.
